For an International institution in Geneva, we are looking for a FULL REMOTE SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Engineer, to provide support for the client’s SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Candidates need to be fluent in English. This positions is long-term.
You will participate in all SailPoint deployment activities such as connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration, build and configure reports.
Candidates need to be willing to work CET European hours
Tasks and responsibilities:
Ongoing operational support of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms, monitoring and troubleshooting;
Develop and implement connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies and reports;
Actively participate in application onboarding, role analysis and workflow development activities;
