We are looking for a (Senior) Drupal Developer with Drupal 8/9 knowledge and experience for one of the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. EU candidates need to be fluent in English. This positions is long-term. This position is also open for employees.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of the existing Drupal sites;
Apply web standards regarding accessibility;
- Identify users' needs and gather requirements for content and structure;
- Design, develop and maintain taxonomies;
Design and implement search optimization standards;
Profile:
- Master degree;
- +8 years of experience;
Proven experience on the development/design of multilingual internet websites;
- Excellent knowledge of business requirements analysis;
- Excellent knowledge in content management, website structuring and user-centric interfaces such as DRUPAL 8/9;
- Knowledge of organisation, labelling, navigation and searching systems;
- Very good knowledge of metadata frameworks, taxonomies;
- Understanding of user experience, web design principles and development methods;
- Knowledge of information architecture frameworks and tools;
- Thorough knowledge of as many of the following as possible:
Declarative languages (HTML, XML, CSS, LESS, SASS...);
- Programming languages (PHP, JavaScript);
Environments (Windows, Eclipse and Linux LAMP, Virtualization), Git;
