For an International Institution in Geneva, we are urgently looking for an experienced Full remote Business Analyst – Salesforce SME.
Candidates need to be fluent in English. This positions is long-term. Work permit not required. Candidates need to be based in Europe.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Contribute to SIT and UAT and Production instances setup, persona creation/maintenance, etc. for a smooth testing and then go-live;
Lead the OP&I module testing in SIT;
Contribute to data migration as required for PB and OP&I modules from GSM and CEM;
Adjust Salesforce to facilitate a smooth transition for SPM from phase1 to phase2;
Support the Cross-cutting Lead in the development of SPM version and undertake necessary technical adjustment for the Salesforce platform;
Lead the business engagement and onboarding with regards to Salesforce basic functionalities;
Ensure CEM system stability including resolution of reported issues by end users;
Support CEM integration with SPM/BMS, including conceptual and process alignment where possible;
Assist with the continued development of page layouts, data migration, custom objects, standard and custom fields;
Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree;
+7 years of professional experience as Business Analyst working with Salesforce;
+10 years' experience in IT product management including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud and working within an Agile environment and with Agile tooling like Jira;
Experience in leading and managing corporate applications, supporting, and managing change management, quality assurance, or business transformation;
+5 years' professional experience in product management at the global or international level;
Demonstrated professional experience working with medium to large scale cross-functional systems in a global or international context;
Certification in Salesforce and project or product management methodologies such as Hermes, PMI, Kepner-Tregoe, Prince 2, Scrum/Agile or accreditation in business process methodologies Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or EFQM;
Strong business/client engagement skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with subject matter experts, conduct interviews, and lead focus groups;
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce documentation to a high standard;
Ability to collaborate with teams in an international effectively, multicultural, multi-disciplinary environment working under different time-zones;
Proactive, flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently;
High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio;
