1. Legal notice

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is:

All European Careers Spain SL and its sister company BE Consultancy Group BV, De Vrièrestraat 54/2, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0811.467.950, are part of All European Careers SL.

2. Our terms for clients, in short

This is a summary. The binding version is the terms document you sign with us, which states which company you contract with.

• Nothing to pay until you hire. No retainers, no engagement fees, no exclusivity.
• Permanent placements: a success fee agreed per engagement and stated in the signed terms. No cure, no pay: the fee is due only if the candidate starts.
• Replacement or rebate guarantee. If a hire ends early, the signed terms set out a staged replacement or rebate.
• Contract placements: a transparent fixed margin on the day rate, stated in the signed terms. It is higher if we also run the contract and pre-finance it. No other costs.
• One candidate, one role. The terms cover the specific introduction. We are not asking to become your main supplier.
• Hiring outside the introduction. If you hire a candidate we introduced within 6 months of the introduction, for any role, the fee applies.
• Confidentiality both ways. Candidate profiles stay confidential to you, and your vacancy and process information stays confidential to us.

3. Our terms for candidates, in short

This is a summary. The binding version is the Candidate Agreement, which you accept when you apply or ask us to represent you, together with the Candidate Privacy Notice.

• Free for candidates, always. Hiring companies pay our fee. You never pay anything.
• Non-exclusive. You stay free to apply anywhere, work with other agencies and run your own search. You can pause or stop at any time with a simple message.
• Anonymised first. Until a company has signed our terms for you, it sees only your anonymised profile: no name, no contact details, no employer names. We never approach your current or past employers, or any company on your block-list.
• One authorisation, and you're told every time. When you sign up, you authorise us once to release your full profile to companies that have signed our terms for a role that fits you. Each time, we first send you the company name and the role, and release your profile by the end of the next business day. Reply STOP and we don't send it. You never need to reply for an introduction to go ahead.
• Representation per introduction. For each company we introduce you to, we represent you for that company and role for 6 months.
• People decide, not machines. Matching is AI-assisted, but no introduction, rejection or other significant decision is ever made by a machine alone. A recruiter reviews and decides.

4. Website terms of use

Using this website. This website informs you about our services and lets you contact us. By using it, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

What you may not do. You may not use this website to:

• post or send unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, threatening or offensive material;
• give false information about yourself, including your experience or your right to work;
• upload viruses or other harmful code, attempt to access systems without permission, or overload the site;
• copy or scrape content or data from the site by automated means;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

We may remove content and block access if these terms are breached, and we cooperate with the authorities where the law requires it.

Intellectual property. The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to All European Careers Spain SL or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other websites. Our "Jobs" links open our recruitment system, run by Be Consultancy Group BV. Other links lead to websites we don't control, and we are not responsible for their content.

Information on this website. We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice. We don't guarantee that a client will hire a candidate, that a candidate will accept a role, or that the site will always be available without interruption.

Liability. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost salary or lost data, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes. We may change this website and these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.

Applicable law and courts. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Alicante, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
